A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Last updated: 10-03-2026
This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for services provided by Daniel Twyman – Live Music Services.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once the event details have been agreed upon and the engagement has been confirmed in writing (for example by email or contract).
Additional terms regarding deposits or payments may be agreed separately for each booking.
2. Client Cancellation
If a client needs to cancel a confirmed booking, the following terms may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation:
-
More than 30 days before the event – cancellation may be accepted without charge.
-
14–30 days before the event – partial payment or deposit may be retained to cover preparation and scheduling.
-
Less than 14 days before the event – the full agreed performance fee may be payable due to the reservation of the date and loss of alternative bookings.
Specific terms may be agreed individually for each event.
3. Event Changes
If the client wishes to modify event details such as the schedule, location, or performance requirements, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the changes where possible.
However, availability and additional costs may apply.
4. Cancellation by the Performer
In the unlikely event that Daniel Twyman is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement performer.
If a replacement cannot be arranged, any payments made for the performance will be refunded.
5. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations where this failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
